You arrive, the table is set. --- ### The Fervenza Experience https://www.fervenza.fr/the-fervenza-experience Inviting those you love to your wedding is an act of generosity: it asks your guests to cross the world for a single weekend, and offers them the experience of a lifetime in return. Each region offers its own venues and character, from private museums and palaces to vineyards, châteaux and seafront villas. Explore by region, by atmosphere or by occasion to find the setting for your celebration. --- ## Destinations --- ### Paris https://www.fervenza.fr/luxury-wedding-destinations/france/paris The first thing you feel when you arrive in Paris is the golden light filling its ancient courtyards, and the sense that every hidden corner holds a love story. The rest is ours to handle: our complete attention, and access to a private Paris. #### Why this region - **International Accessibility**: Paris is one of the best-connected wedding destinations in the world. With three airports: Charles de Gaulle, Orly, and Le Bourget for private jets, you can fly in smoothly from any airport in the world. Transfers are quick: only 30 minutes from CDG or Orly. - **Lifestyle & Experience**: Few cities can match Paris for a destination wedding. Imagine treating your guests to Michelin-star dining (over 118 starred restaurants), private access to iconic museums, and stays in world-class five-star hotels like the Ritz or the George V. - **Climate & Seasonality**: May and September are the best months for a wedding in Paris. Spring (April, June) offers mild weather 16, 23°C and sunsets near 10 pm in June, perfect for outdoor celebrations. Fall (September, October) is cooler 15, 21°C, with golden light ideal for photography. - **Privacy & Security**: In Paris, luxury weddings mean total exclusivity. Most venues from palaces to the Rodin Museum can be fully privatized. Discretion is part of the service: Paris has elite private security teams trained for high-profile events. #### Venues **Private Museum Ceremony: Exchange vows surrounded by masterpieces, once the public has gone.** When the last visitors leave, the doors open for you alone. The Louvre lights its Galerie d'Apollon, the Sainte-Chapelle glows under thirteenth-century glass, the Bibliothèque Nationale lines its reading room for a single dinner. Fervenza coordinates each institution with its curators: access after closing, conservation of the works, a route through the galleries that becomes yours for one night. Your ceremony unfolds among centuries of art, not in front of it, the Petit Palais and the Musée d'Orsay holding the same promise. **Château Heritage Celebration: Step into living history, within Versailles-style estates and ancestral halls.** An hour from the city, the great estates of the Île-de-France open their gates. You inhabit the rooms where the court once gathered, walk formal gardens drawn three centuries ago, and dine beneath painted ceilings that have watched a nation's history pass. Versailles sets the register: symmetry, perspective, gold catching candlelight. Fervenza arranges the privatisation, the scenography and the table, so the château becomes your home for the weekend rather than a monument you visit. **Elevated Rooftop Wedding: Celebrate within the city itself, the Eiffel Tower and the rooftops as witnesses.** Above the zinc rooftops, the city arranges itself for you. A private terrace opens onto the Eiffel Tower, the Seine threading silver below, the light turning rose then gold as the evening settles. Dinner is served under the open sky, the skyline your only decoration. Fervenza secures the address, the kitchen and the music, and times the whole evening to the sunset, so your celebration belongs to Paris itself rather than to any single room. #### Highlights - **Your Private Art Stories**: Expert guides share secret stories about masterpieces that your guests will never read in any guidebook - **Your Wedding as Art**: Photographers who understand museum lighting transform your wedding photos into gallery-worthy memories - **Your Menu Inspired by History**: Menus created especially for your venue's era, from Renaissance feasts to Belle Époque elegance - **Your Personal Wedding Fragrance**: A custom scent created just for you, diffused during your celebration and bottled for your guests #### FAQ **Can I Legally Get Married in Paris?** Legally marrying in France requires at least one partner to have lived in the country for a minimum of 40 consecutive days before the wedding. For most non-European citizens, this makes a legal civil marriage in France difficult. Instead, many couples do the paperwork in their home country and then host their symbolic or religious ceremony in France. **Do I Need a Visa to Get Married in France?** Whether you need a visa depends entirely on your nationality. Some countries are exempt from short-stay visas for up to 90 days, while others require applying in advance through the French consulate. The process can take several weeks, so it's best to check early, ideally 3 months before your trip. To confirm your case, use the official tool: France-Visas Assistant. **Can I Have My Wedding Ceremony in English?** French civil ceremonies are always conducted in French, and the mayor or registrar is required to perform it that way. However, you can hire a professional interpreter. For symbolic or religious ceremonies, you have full freedom to choose your native language. **Do We Need a Local Wedding Planner?** Technically, you can plan a wedding in France on your own, but local contracts, language, and cultural nuances make it a challenge. Many of the most exclusive venues in Paris don't even take public bookings; they open only through trusted planners with established relationships. **What Is the Investment?** From €4,500 per guest. This covers the entire celebration: venue, starred chef, a signature dessert, artistic direction of the evening. Guest accommodation and travel are additional. --- ### Provence https://www.fervenza.fr/luxury-wedding-destinations/france/provence What Provence holds in its olive groves, no season has erased: centuries of patience, the song of the cicadas, the scent of wild herbs. You and those close to you breathe it in from the first terrace. #### Why this region - **International Accessibility**: Reaching Provence is straightforward: Marseille Provence Airport connects with over 100 destinations worldwide, and Avignon has a TGV station just 2h40 from Paris. Private jets often use Avignon or Nîmes airports, only 30, 40 minutes from the main villages. - **Lifestyle & Experience**: Life follows the rhythm of lavender fields, vineyards, and sun-drenched villages. Michelin-starred restaurants sit next to rustic bistros, and you can host your guests in centuries-old mas or vineyard estates. - **Climate & Seasonality**: Spring brings fragrant blooms with average highs of 18, 22°C, while summers can climb above 30°C. Autumn is softer, around 20, 24°C, perfect for wine harvest weddings. Locals often say September is the golden month. - **Privacy & Security**: Provence offers estates and vineyards you can privatize entirely, from 40-guest villas to 500-guest domaines. Many properties sit far from public view, ensuring total discretion. #### Highlights - **Concierge Service**: From restaurant recommendations to emergency aspirin runs, we're at your service - **Your Signature Scent**: Custom fragrance inspired by you and your venue's artistic era, diffused during celebration and bottled as favors - **Heritage Menu Curation**: Menus inspired by your venue's era, from Renaissance feasts to Belle Époque delicacies on period-appropriate settings - **World-class Entertainment**: From headline DJs to your favorite bands, we make the impossible possible #### FAQ **Can I Legally Get Married in Provence?** Legally marrying in France requires at least one partner to have lived in the country for a minimum of 40 consecutive days before the wedding. Private jets land in Nice, Cannes-Mandelieu, or Saint-Tropez. - **Lifestyle & Experience**: Glamour by the sea: yachts in Monaco, sunsets in Saint-Tropez, and palaces in Cannes. Guests move from beach clubs to Michelin-star dining to villa soirées within hours. - **Climate & Seasonality**: Summers are hot and festive, 27, 32°C, perfect for late-night parties under the stars. Spring and fall are gentler, 18, 24°C. May, June, and September are the sweet spots. - **Privacy & Security**: From hillside villas overlooking the sea to legendary hotels offering entire wings. Exclusive clubs like Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc specialize in ultra-private events with high-profile security. #### Highlights - **World-class Entertainment**: From headline DJs to your favorite bands, we make the impossible possible - **Concierge Service**: From restaurant recommendations to emergency aspirin runs, we're at your service - **Livestreamed Celebrations**: Professional photo/video streaming for loved ones who couldn't make the journey - **Your Signature Scent**: Custom fragrance inspired by you and your venue's artistic era, diffused during celebration and bottled as favors #### FAQ **Can I Legally Get Married in France?** Legally marrying in France requires at least one partner to have lived in the country for a minimum of 40 consecutive days. Paris CDG Airport connects directly to these hubs. - **Lifestyle & Experience**: UNESCO-listed castles and Renaissance gardens. Candlelit dinners in vaulted halls to wine tastings in centuries-old caves. It's more than a wedding: it's an immersion into living history. - **Climate & Seasonality**: Spring brings flowers and soft temperatures of 15, 20°C, while summers average 25, 30°C, ideal for garden ceremonies. Symbolic ceremonies are held on the sand or by the lake; we handle the permits and the discreet setup. The legal civil marriage takes place at a town hall, in French. Tell us what you imagine and we arrange it. **Is the Landes suited to small weddings?** Perfectly. The region shines for micro weddings and retreats of eight to fourteen guests, gathered in a single private villa for several days, at the rhythm of the ocean. **When is the best season on the Landes coast?** From late spring to early autumn, when the Atlantic is warm and the evenings stretch long. June and September are especially gentle, away from the peak of the summer crowds. **Can you cater for a wellness or alcohol-free celebration?** Yes. Plant-forward menus by a private chef, an alcohol-free botanical bar, yoga, sound baths and ocean swims are all part of how we design a Landes wedding. **Will everything be in English?** Yes. We plan and host entirely in English, with key staff who speak it. Only the French civil ceremony is conducted in French, where a sworn interpreter can assist. --- ## Signature Collections --- ### Vineyard Romance in the Luberon https://www.fervenza.fr/luxury-wedding-destinations/france/provence/luberon-vineyard-wedding *Provence · wedding · 3 days · 80 to 180 guests · starting budget €140,000* To marry amid the vines of the Luberon. The garrigue, fresh thyme, golden stone, the cicadas. Fervenza builds this celebration with you: three days in which your guests inhabit Provence, dance with their feet in the grass, and leave with your wedding cuvée, uncorked for the first time on the evening of your Yes. #### Itinerary **Day 1 · Luberon · Provence · Welcome your guests among the vines** Your guests arrive at the estate in the late afternoon. You welcome them at the edge of the vineyard, a glass already in hand, the Luberon hills behind you. The apéritif unfolds among the vines: Ventoux truffle, fresh goat cheese from the hills, tapenade, the estate's own pressings. Conversations form to the rhythm of the cicadas and the music. The reunions carry that particular warmth of Provençal evenings, where the sun descends slowly over the vines and every detail has been set for your guests, discreet, attentive, without anyone having to ask. **Day 2 · Luberon · Vineyard · Ceremony in the vines and dinner under the stars** You say yes at golden hour, the hills of the Luberon as your backdrop, in the vineyard decorated for you. Dinner is set outdoors between garlands and plane trees, each dish composed with Luberon producers and paired with an estate vintage. Your special cuvée is presented for the very first time; the one you blended months earlier with the cellar master. A musical ensemble plays into the soft evening. Lavender spritz and rosemary gin circulate, the cicadas retire at eleven. Feet in the grass, the night is warm. **Day 3 · Luberon · Morning · Gather one last time and send your guests home with your cuvee** The morning belongs to you and your guests. Mimosa bar and brunch under the plane trees, the Luberon still warm from the night before. The conversation circles back to the vines, the first dance, the cellar master. You are together, unhurried, cicadas in the lavender beyond the terrace. Before departure, you hand each guest a bottle of your cuvée, bearing your names, blended months earlier in the estate cellar. The celebration ends where it began, in the vineyard, with something to carry home. #### What's included - Estate selection and privatisation, chosen for your style, guest count and season - Caterer, sommelier and wine pairings, chosen together during a pre-wedding tasting - Your personal cuvée, blending session, custom label design, wooden crate packaging - Live music, DJ and decoration, tailored to the atmosphere you envision - Complete stationery, save-the-dates to thank-you cards, day-of menus and place cards coordinated with the vineyard decoration - Private guest platform, RSVPs, dietary requirements, accommodation allocation across estate and partner properties, travel logistics - Day-after activities, brunch, spa, Lourmarin market, Provençal cooking class - Bilingual FR · EN project director, on-site from first visit to morning after #### FAQ **How many guests can the estate accommodate?** From 20 to 100 guests depending on the estate and configuration. Cellar dinners seat 30 to 50 guests. Ceremonies and outdoor meals, between the vines, under the plane trees, on the farmhouse terraces, open to larger groups. **What is the best season?** From May to October. September and October offer the most golden light and the densest vines. June brings lavender in bloom and the longest days. Each season changes the character of the estate, and the menu. **How does the personal cuvée work?** The couple descends into the ageing cellar with the cellar master. They taste the different grape varieties in barrel, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and choose their proportions. Two hundred bottles labelled with their names, packed into wooden crates after eighteen months of ageing. Each guest leaves with a bottle on the day itself. **Is the cellar dinner truly inside the cellar?** Yes. The cellars of Provence are cool, silent spaces of stone, often vaulted, with barrels along the walls. The table is set between the casks. Lighting is candlelight. The temperature is constant, fourteen degrees, which calls for stepping outside between courses, into the warm night. It is the most fitting rhythm. **Where do guests stay?** At the estate when it has rooms, and in partner farmhouses or hotels nearby. Depending on the chosen territory: Crillon le Brave (Relais & Châteaux, Ventoux), Bastide de Gordes (Luberon), Château de Berne (Var), or private farmhouses. **What is the indicative budget?** Vineyard celebrations start around €140,000 for forty guests over three days, with estate privatisation, sommelier, private tasting and personal cuvée included. Each project is entirely made to measure. --- ### Legendary Wedding at the Mythic Riviera Palace https://www.fervenza.fr/luxury-wedding-destinations/france/french-riviera/wedding-french-riviera *French Riviera · wedding · 3 days · 80 to 250 guests · starting budget €1,800,000* To claim the iconic Palace Riviera for your wedding. Flat, saline, open: nothing built that the mistral cannot move. The flamingos, the white horses of the manades, the black bulls, the gardians. Most people drive through it on the way to Arles. A few know to stay. The experience built into this collection, sunrise on horseback, ceremony in the marshes, a gardian's cabin at night, is inaccessible without the relationships Fervenza holds with the partner manade. **Where does the ceremony take place?** In the Camargue marshes, accessible only by barque plate, the traditional flat-bottomed boat the gardians use to move through the wetlands. The officiant is there before the guests arrive. There is no road, no dock, no path: only the reeds, the water, and the sound of the birds. The precise location is chosen with the partner manade in the weeks before the ceremony, depending on the season and the water level. **What is the best season?** From May to October. May and June have the Camargue in bloom, the tamarisks, the sansouires greening again, the flamingos numerous on the lagoons. September and October offer the most golden light and mild evenings over the marshes. The mistral is more frequent in spring; the light is steadier in autumn. July and August are possible but the Feria reserves Arles; we choose the date with you. **Can the Arènes d'Arles be part of the celebration?** Yes, as an addon. The equestrian spectacle at the Arènes is one of the most spectacular options Fervenza offers anywhere: gardians entering the Roman arena on horseback at dusk, torchlight, then a long table at the centre of the amphitheatre. The privatisation is negotiated directly with the City of Arles. The collection works without the Arènes. The Arènes make it indelible. **How does the closing lunch at La Chassagnette work?** La Chassagnette, a former Camargue sheepfold set between a branch of the Rhône and the Étang de Vaccarès, is a few minutes from Arles, in the very territory of the ceremony. Fervenza privatises a section of the restaurant or the terrace depending on the configuration. The kitchen, one Michelin star and a Green Star, composes a menu drawn largely from the restaurant's own organic kitchen garden and from Camargue producers. The closing lunch the next day ends the celebration at the same standard, in a lighter register than the gardian's cabin dinner. **Where do guests stay?** In Arles, a twenty-minute drive from the Vaccarès: Hôtel Jules César, the Nord-Pinus, or La Maison Volver, houses of character and discreet service. In the Alpilles, at Domaine de Manville or Mas de l'Oulivié. Fervenza books and coordinates everything. **What is the indicative budget?** Untamed Camargue Wedding starts around €180,000 for fifty guests over two days: Camargue morning with the gardians, ceremony in the marshes, dinner in a gardian's cabin, closing lunch at La Chassagnette. Adding the equestrian spectacle at the Arènes is a significant additional investment; Fervenza presents the full picture for you to decide. --- ### A Florentine Wedding in the Heart of Paris https://www.fervenza.fr/luxury-wedding-destinations/france/paris/florentine-wedding *Paris · micro-wedding · 3 days · 12 to 30 guests · starting budget €44,000* In the sixteenth century, two Florentine queens made Paris a little Italian: Catherine de' Medici laid out the Tuileries garden, Marie de' Medici the Luxembourg garden and its fountain. The story goes that Italy reached as far as the French table, the fork, the sorbet, the art of the feast. A step from the Tuileries, on Rue Cambon, the Hôtel Castille, a five-star house with a Florentine soul, is the quiet heir to that history: a corner of Italy in the heart of Paris, its private patio, its stone fountain, the Italian table of Ugo Alciati. Fervenza composes your wedding here, for twelve to thirty of your closest, sheltered from view. #### Itinerary **Day 1 · Paris · Rue Cambon · Gather your closest in the heart of Paris** Before even reaching the patio, you have crossed the Paris of the Medici in a sidecar, from the Tuileries to Place Vendôme, and the aperitivo already gathers those who love the couple, Franciacorta and olive trees, sheltered from Rue Cambon. - Sidecar through Italian Paris • aperitivo • L'Assaggio - Arrival at the Castille, the five-star Italian house on Rue Cambon, the city left at the door - A vintage sidecar ride through the Paris of the Medici queens, from the Tuileries to Vendôme - An Italian aperitivo at dusk in the private patio, Franciacorta and cicchetti - Welcome dinner at L'Assaggio, the Castille's Italian restaurant - The closest gathered around the couple, dolce vita in the heart of Paris **Day 2 · Paris · The Castille & the Eiffel Tower · Marry in the Castille patio and celebrate inside the Eiffel Tower** Others marry in a function room. At the Castille, the couple says yes in the patio, a quartet plays Vivaldi, Ugo Alciati's festive lunch follows at midday, then dinner and celebration inside the Eiffel Tower itself. - Ceremony in the patio • festive Italian lunch • celebration inside the Eiffel Tower - Morning wedding ceremony in the Castille's private patio, decorated and flowered by Fervenza - A string quartet, Italian classical repertoire, to carry the vows - The festive wedding lunch at the Castille, Ugo Alciati's Italian table, agnolotti and Alba truffle - In the afternoon, a dolce vita stroll through the 1st, caffè, terraces and boutiques - In the evening, dinner and celebration inside the Eiffel Tower - The first dance and the evening, literally inside the Eiffel Tower **Day 3 · Paris · L'Assaggio & Tuileries · Linger over a long Italian Sunday** What you keep from a Sunday like this one is not the menu, it is the sweetness of the first morning married, the long lunch by Ugo Alciati at L'Assaggio, then the Paris of the Medici for those who linger. - Sunday lunch at L'Assaggio • Ugo Alciati • farewell at leisure - Sunday lunch at L'Assaggio, the Italian table of Ugo Alciati - The newlyweds and their closest gathered one last time, the morning unhurried - Optional: a walk in the footsteps of the Medici, from the Tuileries to the Luxembourg garden - Paris at your own pace, departures whenever you are ready #### What's included - The Castille's private patio and L'Assaggio, privatised for your celebration - Evening dinner and celebration inside the Eiffel Tower - The Italian table of Ugo Alciati, festive wedding lunch and Sunday lunch - Italian aperitivo, champagne and wine pairings throughout - Bridal suite set with roses, macarons and champagne, and guest rooms at the hotel - Bespoke floral design by Fervenza, patio and tables - Complete stationery, save-the-dates to thank-you cards, menus and place cards - Private guest platform, RSVPs, dietary needs, room allocation, transfers - Bilingual FR · EN team, present from arrival to departure #### FAQ **Where does the celebration take place?** It unfolds from the Hôtel Castille on Rue Cambon, in the 1st arrondissement: the ceremony in its private patio and the festive wedding lunch by Ugo Alciati at L'Assaggio, then, in the evening, dinner and celebration inside the Eiffel Tower. The aperitivo and the Sunday lunch are at the Castille too. **How many guests can you welcome?** From twelve to thirty. The format is built for a micro-wedding: the patio seats around forty and L'Assaggio up to seventy-five, so twelve to thirty guests are received with ease and intimacy. **What makes the table Italian?** The Castille's menus are signed by Ugo Alciati, a Michelin-starred chef from Piedmont, who pairs Italian tradition with French refinement: fresh agnolotti, Alba truffle in season, Italian cheeses, and a Barolo pairing. The aperitivo pieces are made in house, inspired by Italian cuisine. **What is the Medici thread?** Two Florentine queens shaped Italian Paris: Catherine de' Medici commissioned the Tuileries, Marie de' Medici the Luxembourg garden and its fountain, both a short walk from Rue Cambon. We weave this heritage into the days, a private walk through the gardens, a vintage sidecar ride, the Italian masters of the Louvre nearby. **What is the indicative budget?** Three intimate days start around €44,000 for twelve to thirty guests, including the Castille's private patio, the festive wedding lunch by Ugo Alciati, the evening inside the Eiffel Tower, the dolce-vita stroll, aperitivo, floral design, a bridal suite and guest rooms. Each project is made to measure. **When is the best season?** From May to October, while the patio lives outdoors. The patio and its fountain are a warm-season space: late spring and early autumn give the softest Paris light and the quietest city. --- ### Sun-Kissed Provence Wedding https://www.fervenza.fr/luxury-wedding-destinations/france/provence/luxury-wedding-provence *Provence · wedding · 3 days · 80 to 160 guests · starting budget €140,000* To let the song of the cicadas become the hymn of your wedding. Under the blue of the sky, to the gentle rhythm of clinking cocktail glasses and the vinyl chosen by your guests, you welcome your closest. Fervenza builds this celebration with you: three days in a Provençal mas between Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and the Alpilles Natural Park. An authentic and generous celebration between olive groves and vineyards. #### Itinerary **Day 1 · Saint-Rémy-de-Provence · Welcome your people to the mas** The rosé des Baux is poured and you stand among the people who came for you. A welcome toast, a long dinner under the plane trees, the acoustic band coaxing first dances from shy guests. The celebration has begun. - Guests arrive at the mas near Eygalières · rooms opening onto the olive grove - The couple's welcome toast in the courtyard · rosé des Baux, tapenade, first embraces - Dinner together · long table under the plane trees, local chef, Alpilles produce - Acoustic band, first dances among friends, cicadas in the distance **Day 2 · Alpilles · Les Baux · Celebrate in the courtyard, dance under the stars** You get ready in suite with your witnesses. Then the courtyard, the ceremony, the words you have chosen. A gastronomic dinner, the couple's signature cocktail at midnight, and the guinguette carrying the dancing until the sky changes colour. - Enjoy the morning · free time around the pool - Stroll through colourful markets, scents of spices and Marseille soap - Getting ready · hair and makeup in suite with your closest and witnesses - Wedding ceremony · in the courtyard or in the cool of the ancestral church - Celebrate in the mas gardens, alternating artisanal ice cream and Champagne - Personalised activities inspired by your story and shared memories - Savour a gastronomic dinner · food and wine pairings - Chic, lively evening under the warm light of the guinguette - Cocktail bar · the couple's signature recipe **Day 3 · Les Baux-de-Provence · Keep the celebration going** The wedding is not over. Then the whole group drives to Baumanière, where the kitchen has composed a private menu from the Provençal season. One last table before the farewells. - Wake up gently - Brunch at the mas · discreet service according to each guest's rhythm - Morning pastries delivered · barbecue and mimosa cocktails around the pool - Share last night's stories, exchange numbers one last time #### What's included - Privatisation of a Provençal mas near Eygalières, ceremony and dinner in the same courtyard, three centuries of stone - Welcome dinner the evening before, long table outdoors under the plane trees, Alpilles produce - Regional wedding chef, Alpilles lamb, AOC Baux-de-Provence olive oil, Baux-de-Provence wines, black truffle in season - Closing lunch at L'Oustau de Baumanière, private menu, fifteen minutes from Saint-Rémy - Scenography and decoration inspired by the Alpilles light, florals, candles, acoustic musicians - Complete stationery, save-the-dates to thank-you cards, day-of menus and place cards coordinated with the courtyard decoration - Private guest platform, RSVPs, dietary requirements, accommodation allocation, transfer logistics - Brunch at the mas the morning after, no set wake-up, departure at your own pace - Bilingual FR · EN team, on-site from first site visit to the morning after #### FAQ **Why Saint-Rémy rather than Arles?** Saint-Rémy is quieter, more intimate, more private. The town is small, the Alpilles begin where it ends, and the rhythm is slower. Arles is a city, with the animation and logistics that come with it. For a celebration that unfolds over three days, the stillness of Saint-Rémy carries a different weight. We also offer the Camargue collection for those drawn to Arles and the marshes. **Where does the ceremony take place?** The primary setting is the mas courtyard: three sides of old stone, the fourth open to the Alpilles, the mistral stopped at the walls. For those who prefer a grander backdrop, the Château des Baux-de-Provence offers the ruined medieval fortress on a cliff above the Val d'Enfer, one of the most dramatic ceremony settings in Provence. Fervenza manages privatisation and access for both options. **What is the best season?** April, May, June, and September. Spring has the flowering almonds and cherry trees of the Alpilles, the garrigue in bloom, the first cicadas. September has the gold light of the harvest and the warmth of the stone in the evenings. October begins the truffle season: a closing lunch with black truffle from the Vaucluse changes the register entirely. July and August are possible but the heat of the plain is intense; the Alpilles offer shade but coordination requires more care. **Where do guests stay?** In Saint-Rémy: Hôtel de l'Image, La Maison du Village, or a private mas rented for the full group. In Les Baux: Baumanière itself for part of the group, Domaine de Manville ten minutes away. Fervenza selects, books, and coordinates all accommodations according to group size and the character of the celebration. **What is the indicative budget?** Sun-Kissed Provence Wedding starts from €140,000 for eighty to one hundred and sixty guests over three days: privatisation of the mas, ceremony and dinner in the courtyard, welcome dinner the evening before, closing lunch at Baumanière, full Fervenza team and coordination. The ceremony venue and the size of the group are the main variables. Each project is entirely made to measure. **Why Eygalières rather than Saint-Rémy itself?** Eygalières is ten minutes from Saint-Rémy and fifty years behind it in terms of tourism. Saint-Rémy has become a place people come to see Saint-Rémy. Eygalières is still a village: a bakery that opens at seven, a café that closes at two, artisans without a website. The potters, winemakers, and craftspeople who left Saint-Rémy when it grew too touristic settled here. The mas Fervenza works with is near Eygalières. The landscape around it is intact: olive groves, limestone, the Alpilles ridge catching the last sun. **What makes the mas different from a villa rental?** A Provençal mas is a fortified farm, not a holiday house. The orientation is precise: south-east, to receive winter sun and avoid the full force of the northern wind. The walls are two feet thick. The courtyard closes on three sides. Every architectural decision has a climatic logic that has nothing to do with decoration. Fervenza works with one mas in this territory, near Eygalières, that is a working property: the owners receive the celebration in their home. The difference is felt from the first hour. --- ### Art Celebration at Château La Coste https://www.fervenza.fr/luxury-wedding-destinations/france/provence/wedding-chateau-la-coste *Provence · wedding · 3 days · 120 to 250 guests · starting budget €2,200,000* Cezanne painted Sainte-Victoire eighty-seven times; each return revealed a light he had not yet seen. Fifteen kilometres from his last studio, Château La Coste was built on the same demand: that the greatest living artists create, for this precise terrain, works that shift with the hours and the seasons. Fervenza composes your wedding here, one of four per season. Three days that begin among the vines, where welcoming your guests at Villa La Coste and walking at dusk with the curator through thirty works signed Tadao Ando, Louise Bourgeois, Frank Gehry are only the prelude to your ceremony, at the foot of the chosen artwork. Then comes the wedding night, lived from the vines to the terrace, through a triply starred dinner by Florent Pietravalle and a private concert by the artist you love, beneath the pines and the stars. From end to end: rare access, a three-star table, a concert that belongs to your evening alone, carried with the command and the certainty that define Fervenza. #### Itinerary **Day 1 · Château La Coste · Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade · Welcoming your guests among the artworks** Everything at Château La Coste has been chosen: each artwork by the artist, each pine, each perspective on the Luberon. Four celebrations per season. Your guests arrive at Villa La Coste in the late afternoon. At dusk, the couple leads them through the estate. The apéritif settles among the sculptures. - Estate privatised after public departure (only 4 celebrations per season) - Arrival at Villa La Coste, terraces open onto the vines - The couple leads their guests through the estate at dusk, among 30 permanent artworks - Gastronomic aperitif served among the sculptures, food and wine pairing - Acoustic ensemble beneath the pines **Day 2 · Château La Coste · Ceremony & Concert · Saying yes at the foot of the chosen artwork, private concert under the stars of Provence** There is no word for what happens when the concert begins under the pines, after the vows at the foot of the artwork and the dinner by Pietravalle, the estate's starred chef. Your closest dance for this single night. - Wedding ceremony at the chosen artwork or beneath Frank Gehry's pavilion - Starred dinner in the vines, tables, lighting, music composed together - Food and wine pairing by Florent Pietravalle, three Michelin stars, signature cocktails - Private concert under the stars, your chosen artist booked by Fervenza, for your wedding - Evening at the heart of the estate, among the pines and the artworks **Day 3 · Villa La Coste · Aix-en-Provence · Brunching beneath the pines and closing the celebration** One is never truly the owner of a morning like this. One is its guardian. Brunch beneath the pines, the Luberon in the distance. Before departure, each guest receives a bottle from the estate, labelled with the couple's name. A last toast on the terrace, glasses raised to the valley. - Brunch on the grand terrace, pines, Luberon valley in the distance - Optional walk through the collection with the estate curator - Each guest departs with a bottle from the estate, labelled with the couple's name - Last toast on the terrace before farewell #### What's included - Privatisation of Château La Coste and Villa La Coste, private access to the artworks outside public hours - Choice of ceremony site with the art centre curator, Tadao Ando chapel, Frank Gehry pavilion, or a clearing before a Calder - Dinner staging in the vines or in one of the estate galleries, tables, lighting, music composed together - Table by Florent Pietravalle, three Michelin stars, menu paired with biodynamic crus from the estate - Complete stationery, save-the-dates to thank-you cards, day-of menus and place cards coordinated with the estate scenography - Private guest platform, RSVPs, dietary requirements, villa allocation at La Coste and neighbouring properties, transfer logistics - Day-after activities, guided tour of the collection, Aesop spa, Aix-en-Provence market, Carrieres de Lumieres - Bilingual FR · EN team, continuous on-site presence from D-2 to D+1 #### FAQ **How many guests can the estate host?** From 120 to 250 guests. Château La Coste spans two hundred hectares of vines, forests and limestone, with around thirty permanent artworks across the estate. The ceremony stands at the foot of the chosen artwork. Dinner takes place in one of the architect pavilions or in the heart of the vines, depending on the staging. **Can we truly celebrate at the foot of the artworks?** Yes. The estate opens its spaces for privatisation before the public arrives. Your ceremony can take place before Crouching Spider by Louise Bourgeois, in Tadao Ando's chapel of light, or in a clearing where an Alexander Calder mobile plays with the wind. The estate curator works with Fervenza to choose the site that reflects you, in respect of the artwork and the artist's intention. **Which architects and artists are present on the estate?** Tadao Ando (the art centre, the concrete chapel), Frank Gehry (the music pavilion), Jean Nouvel (the wine cellar), Richard Serra, Louise Bourgeois, Alexander Calder, Hiroshi Sugimoto, Lee Ufan, Sean Scully, Tracey Emin, Andy Goldsworthy. Around thirty permanent works in total, each placed by the artists themselves in dialogue with the terrain. **Who composes the dinner?** Florent Pietravalle, triple Michelin-starred chef at restaurant Louison within Villa La Coste. His cuisine works the produce from the estate's organic kitchen garden, the olive trees, the garrigue herbs, the fish from the Mediterranean. Each dish is paired with the Château La Coste vintages, a biodynamic wine signed Jean-Frederic Hugel. **Where do guests stay?** At Villa La Coste, the estate's five-star hotel, distinguished with Three Keys by the Michelin Guide. Twenty-eight villas scattered among the pines and vines, with views of the Luberon. Infinity pool, Aesop spa, starred restaurants. For larger groups, Fervenza coordinates private mas and Relais & Châteaux within a thirty-minute radius. **What is the best season?** From May to October. September offers the densest light, the harvest under way, the vines heavy with fruit. June brings lavender in bloom and the longest days. May and October give the intimacy of days when the estate breathes differently. Each season changes the character of the works: Calder in spring, Serra in autumn are entirely different. **What is the indicative budget?** Celebrations at Château La Coste start at around €2,200,000 for one hundred and twenty guests over three days, estate privatisation, private access to the artworks, gastronomic tables by Florent Pietravalle, the estate's vintage and accommodation at Villa La Coste included. Each project is tailored to your vision. --- ### A Wedding Reinvented as a Private Festival https://www.fervenza.fr/luxury-wedding-destinations/france/provence/festival-wedding-provence *Provence · wedding · 2 days · 100 to 180 guests · starting budget €250,000* To claim a grand Provençal estate and celebrate your wedding by staging a private festival. Fervenza turns the estate into a festival of its own: zones to explore, chef stations where you eat freely, designer chill zones to reconnect, and the couple's favourite band or DJ in a surprise concert. After the ceremony, your guests ride the energy of the festival. #### Itinerary **Day 1 · Provence · Grand estate · Surprise your guests who thought they were coming to a simple wedding** You come for the ceremony. You stay for the concert, at the end of the light trail that guests follow across the estate without knowing the couple's favourite band awaits them on stage. - Arrival at the estate, transformed and staged by Fervenza into a private festival - Guest welcome and photocall at each arrival - Ceremony with officiant • Bespoke spectacle at the first kiss - Cocktail with live band • Immersive installations designed around the couple's story - Festival beauty lounge • Glitter and stage touches by professional makeup artists, every guest leaves transformed for the night - Artistic parade sweeping guests from the cocktail to the festival main stage - Custom festival goodies in the couple's colours: LED glasses, light-up wristbands - Live concert by the couple's favourite band or DJ, booked by Fervenza - Open-air dancefloor with festival special effects - Open chef stations, free-roaming, standing dining and comfortable seating - Themed bar • Performer bartenders, bespoke cocktails and drinks - Chill zone • Bean bags, hammocks and low lights, the quiet counterpoint to the festival - Grand finale • Closing drone show or fireworks **Day 2 · Provence · Grand estate · Keep the festival going until the last guest leaves** Everything has been planned so the next day still feels like a festival. The festival format thrives with more than a hundred: enough energy to fill the zones, enough intimacy for every guest to know the couple. The estate is sized to absorb the crowd without queues at the stations or empty patches on the dance area. **Why no seated dinner?** Because a festival is not a dinner with music. It is a production. Standing guests move between zones, choose their station, choose their moment. No seating chart, no assigned table, no enforced conversation. The format liberates: guests who barely knew each other cross paths six times in an evening. **What is the artistic parade?** The defining moment. After the cocktail and immersive installations, an artistic troupe sweeps all guests toward the festival main stage. The journey is staged: lights, sound, suspense. When guests arrive, the stage, the chef stations, the cocktail bar are already set. The parade is the spectacle. **Can we choose the bands or DJs?** Yes. Fervenza books the two acts that mean the most to you: your favourites, the ones whose songs you know by heart. The first plays once the parade reaches the main stage, when the evening catches fire. The second performs the next morning as an acoustic set during brunch. We handle the booking, production, and technical requirements. **What is the best season?** From May to September. June and September offer the most reliable Provençal weather for an outdoor festival: warm evenings, clear skies, golden light until nine. July and August bring the longest days and the warmest nights, for a party that runs past midnight under the stars. **Where do guests stay?** On site when the estate has rooms, or in selected guesthouses and bastides within a ten-minute radius. Fervenza reserves a block of rooms and coordinates transfers. Nobody drives on festival night. **What is the indicative budget?** Festival celebrations in Provence start around €250,000 for a hundred guests over two days: estate privatisation, open-air ceremony, stage with professional sound and lighting, one live band, three open chef stations, cocktail bar, giant games, brunch, and full coordination included. Each project is entirely bespoke. --- ### Wellness Micro Wedding in Hossegor https://www.fervenza.fr/luxury-wedding-destinations/france/landes/wellness-micro-wedding-hossegor *Landes · micro-wedding · 4 days · 8 to 14 guests · starting budget €110,000* To marry with your feet in the sand, steps from the Atlantic, your fourteen closest gathered for four days in a 1930s villa on the shores of Hossegor's saltwater lake. The villa is rented in full: it is the heart of the celebration. The houses we offer have eight to fifteen bedrooms, with outbuildings, pool houses and sometimes a caretaker's cottage. Guests who do not stay on site are housed in charming properties selected by Fervenza nearby. **Why three days?** Because a villa is not a reception venue; it is a home. The first day, everyone boards the catamaran together. The second, you get married. The third, you take time to leave. Three days under the same roof is a celebration that breathes, not three events in a row. **Where are these villas located?** Mainly in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Cap d'Antibes, and a few rarer addresses, Porquerolles, Le Levant. The finest villas on the Côte d'Azur appear on no platform; they pass from hand to hand, through caretakers, owners, neighbours. Fervenza knows about twenty of them, selected after years of scouting. **Can guests arrive by sea?** Yes, and it is often our proposal. A private catamaran departs from Nice harbour late morning, skirts the iodine coast of Cap-Ferrat, and the villa appears from the water before anyone sets foot inside. Lunch on board during the crossing, prepared by the chef's team. Arrival at the villa's private pontoon. No one has to manage a suitcase, a transfer, a schedule. **Who cooks during the three days?** Mauro Colagreco, three-star chef from Menton, or one of his trusted chefs in multi-day residence. He moves into the villa kitchen from day one. He composes with what the coast gave that morning, fish from the port, vegetables from the hinterland, olive oil pressed in view. Not a buffet, not catering: a chef who lives in the house and cooks as if it were his own. **What does dinner on the wedding day look like?** Long tables set facing west on the terrace. Ecru linen tablecloths, low candles, olive and everlasting flower bouquets. The dinner is served in the villa, illuminated by Fervenza. The orchestra plays during cocktail, then the evening turns to dancing under spotlights and sparkle. **What is the best season?** Late May to early October. June and September are the grace months, the sea is warm, the light is long, the cicadas still sing. At Villa Bleue, September has a particular quality: the water stays warm until midnight, the coast has emptied, the villa breathes. **What is the indicative budget?** Villa Bleue starts from €220,000 for sixty to a hundred and forty guests over three days: full villa rental, chef in multi-day residence, sommellerie, welcome catamaran, ceremony, dinner and farewell brunch included. Each project is tailored from the ground up. --- ### Micro Winter Mountain Wedding https://www.fervenza.fr/luxury-wedding-destinations/france/alpes/elopement-megeve-alps *French Alps · elopement · 2 days · 2 to 15 guests · starting budget €85,000* At 3,600 feet, it is the stillness that strikes first in Megève in winter. Above the village, a plateau faces Mont Blanc. A string trio plays there while the couple exchange their vows. A horse-drawn sleigh brought them up through the forest. In the evening, a starred chef signs the dinner at a venue privatised for the night, the celebration carries on. Fervenza composes every detail of this winter wedding: private chalet, menu built with you, format open from two to fifteen guests. The precision stays the same. #### Itinerary **Day 1 · Megève · Altitude · Get married facing Mont Blanc** Past the forest, the sleigh reaches the plateau above Megève where the string trio is already playing in the snow. The snow absorbs sound, the light is low and precise, the landscape is reduced to essentials. For a couple who wants to say their vows without distraction, there is no better setting. The cold is managed by Fervenza: heated blankets, warm drinks on site, and the ceremony lasts twenty minutes. The evening continues at a privatised venue with a starred dinner and a celebration. **How cold is it during the ceremony?** Between minus five and plus five degrees Celsius, depending on the month and the altitude. The ceremony takes place in the late afternoon, when the light is most beautiful and the temperature most stable. Fervenza provides cashmere throws, hand warmers, and hot drinks. The string trio plays with fingerless gloves. The ceremony itself lasts twenty minutes. Guests, if any, are equipped the same way. **Can we bring a few guests?** Yes, up to fifteen. The collection works for two people alone, or for a couple with their closest family and friends. The chalet accommodates the group, the ceremony site holds everyone, and the dinner adapts. Beyond fifteen, the format changes and we recommend a different collection. **What about photography in winter conditions?** Winter light in the Alps is the most photogenic light in France. Low sun, snow reflection, long shadows, no harsh midday glare. Fervenza works with photographers who specialise in mountain conditions and know how to handle cold gear. The ceremony in the late afternoon is specifically timed for the best light. The resulting images are unlike anything a summer wedding produces. **Where exactly does the ceremony take place?** On a plateau above Megève, accessible by horse-drawn sleigh or carriage depending on your preference. The precise location is chosen by the Fervenza team during a site visit in the weeks before, depending on snow conditions, wind exposure, and the angle of the late-afternoon sun. The site is prepared the morning of the ceremony: an arch of branches, a ground cloth, and seating if guests are present. **What is the indicative budget?** Alpine elopements in Megève start around €85,000 for two over two days: private chalet, ceremony on the plateau with string trio, starred dinner at a privatised venue, bilingual team from arrival to departure. Each project is composed to measure. The winter format is concentrated: fewer days, fewer moving parts, the same Fervenza precision. --- ### A Royal Wedding in Secret Gourmet Paris https://www.fervenza.fr/luxury-wedding-destinations/france/paris/paris-wedding-museum *Paris · wedding · 3 days · 120 to 350 guests · starting budget €1,900,000* Rediscover the Paris that kings once knew: when the Louvre was a palace before it became a museum, and its galleries hosted the greatest celebrations of the kingdom. The Bibliothèque Nationale allows more intimate dinners of 80 to 120. **What is the best season?** From June to early October for long evenings and terraces. May and September offer the purest light and a city not yet saturated.
